Iron Rock Eng. FHA home inspections investigate a manufactured home's foundation type, support measurements, lateral bracing systems, and other structural related elements.
DownloadHaving your site's soil tested is an upfront effort which offers peace of mind, simplifies/aides the design process, and ensures proper ground preparation for construction. Septic designs specify the necessary system to adequately meet a certain waste capacity in a given soil type. Generally, site soil type will need to be tested and determined prior to design.

Iron Rock Group is a multi-disciplinary design group that specializes in architectural design, engineering, surveying, and testing for all types of construction within the greater Southern Utah and Northern Arizona region. We are hiring individuals who want to live in the region and have the necessary requirements and skillsets.

This individual will train with and act under Iron Rock's Engineers and/or Architects. They will be involved throughout the entirety of Iron Rock's technical drawing and document development process for both residential and commercial projects, bidding processes, and construction administration.
Engineering role focusing on MEP projects such as residential, commercial, and municipal projects.
Engineering role focusing on civil land development projects such as residential, commercial, and municipal public works projects.
Engineering role focusing on structural modeling and civil land development projects.
This individual will train with and act under Iron Rock's Architectural Design Director. They will participate in and oversee residential design development for custom residences and remodels, and be involved in technical drawing and document development.
Surveying role involving property research, boundary law, legal descriptions, and field work.
